Well, the offer we put in on the house got rejected totally. No counter. This guy realized there’s interest in the place so he’s holding tight even though the roof is not to code, the HVAC isn’t working and the kitchen cabinets need to be totally redone because whoever did them botched them up and put a big hole in one of them. Hopefully he will realize it and be realistic, but we are not offering more money, that we don’t have, to him just to have to fix all those major things ourselves. We are pretty bummed.

Hopefully there’s another place on the horizon, until then, we hold tight and keep paying down some of the debt we have to get in even better shape.
